In the UAE you can set up a company in a free zone, on the mainland, or create a holding structure. The choice depends on where your clients are, whether you need a physical office and how many visa quotas you require.
- Free zone — for online business, consulting, trading and IT
- Mainland — when you need to operate in the local UAE market
- Holding — for owning shares, assets and intellectual property
What formation includes
- Consultation and selection of a jurisdiction for your activity
- Name reservation and preparation of the document package
- Filing the application and obtaining the licence and articles of association
- Registered address, office or flexi-desk
- Residence visas and Emirates ID, if required
- Bank account opening — as a separate service
What determines the cost
The final price depends on the chosen zone, the licence type, the number of visa quotas, the type of office and the number of shareholders. For that reason we do not quote a "price from" without understanding the task. Send an enquiry and we will calculate it for your case.
For more on what the costs consist of, see the article How Much Does It Cost to Open a Company in Dubai.
Taxes
We handle company formation and support with opening an account. Tax matters depend on the structure of your business and your country of residency. They are best discussed with a tax adviser.
